Agreement. By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms are between you and TEKNAS Solutions Pty Ltd trading as UnoCart (ABN 64 654 175 952), Melbourne, Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”). UnoCart is a registered business name of TEKNAS Solutions Pty Ltd.

What this site is. This website describes the UnoCart e-commerce platform and related services for trade and product businesses. It is a marketing and information site. It is not a client storefront, order system or payment gateway for your customers.

Information only. Content on this site (including platform descriptions, feature lists, industry examples, comparison tables, timelines and pricing language) is general information. It is not a quote, statement of work, guarantee of results, or professional advice. Project scope, features, price (including initial setup and monthly fees), timing and deliverables are agreed only in a written quote or contract we issue and you accept.

Illustrative content. Industry demos, sample product prices, mock checkouts, the savings calculator and similar tools are examples only. They are not live store prices, inventory, or a promised commercial outcome. Proof figures shown as “from a client store” describe one client’s experience and are not a promised result for your business.

Features and “on request”. Some capabilities (for example trade logins, quote-only categories, sample ordering or booking capacity rules) may be available if requested and scoped in your Systems Check. Mention on this site does not mean every feature is included in every project by default.

Systems Check bookings. The free Systems Check booked through the calendar on this site is without obligation unless we agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details. Meeting times are as shown in the booking tool (typically Melbourne time). We may reschedule or cancel a booking if needed and will try to notify you using the details you provided.

Quotes and fees. After a Systems Check we may provide a fixed quote for initial setup and a monthly fee. Fees, payment terms, inclusions and exclusions are only as stated in that written quote or contract. Website statements such as “about 4 weeks” or “initial setup + monthly fee” are indicative, not a binding offer.

Acceptable use. You must not misuse this website: do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, scrape content at scale for commercial reuse, introduce malware, or use the site for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes. We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these terms are breached.

Intellectual property. Text, design, layout, logos (including the UnoCart mark), graphics, code and platform descriptions on this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and share links for ordinary business evaluation. You may not copy, adapt or reuse the materials for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Third-party services and links. The booking calendar, analytics tools (when accepted), payment or freight partners mentioned for illustration, and any outbound links are provided by third parties or for information only. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party sites or widgets.

Privacy. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy policy on this site. Analytics and advertising tags load only after you accept the cookie notice.

Availability. We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Content may be updated, withdrawn or corrected at any time without notice.

Liability. To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this website, inability to use it, or reliance on general information published here (including illustrative prices, calculators or case figures). Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against claims, loss or costs arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms, to the extent caused by you.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have that cannot be waived.

Changes. We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The version published here is the current one.
