Questions
Common questions
How does spec and size search work?
Customers filter by real product specs — size, rating, capacity, finish and more — and only see lines that fit. That cuts the “does this fit?” phone calls before checkout.
Are m², m³, roll and kit calculators built in?
Yes. Area, volume, roll, box-with-waste, kit and width × drop price grids are part of the platform, so customers get the right quantity and a clear total without a spreadsheet.
Can you connect our supplier feeds?
When a supplier can share data by API, FTP, CSV or a similar file, we map their format into yours once and keep the feed running. Your pricing rules apply before customers see a price.
Can customers book delivery, pickup or installation at checkout?
Yes. Delivery, pickup, partner fitting and on-site install can sit in one checkout, with bookable slots that close when they are full.
Can we limit service to certain suburbs?
Yes. You choose which suburbs get delivery and which get on-site service. Many stores sell only in their own region.
We are on Shopify today. Can you help?
Yes. We run and grow Shopify stores for clients, and when you outgrow it we can move your catalogue across to UnoCart. Scope is confirmed in the free Systems Check.
How long does setup take?
Most stores launch in about 4 weeks. Larger catalogues or extra integrations are scoped in the Systems Check before you commit.
Who supports the store after launch?
Our Melbourne team hosts, maintains and improves the platform, and rolls out new features to your store. You run the business; we run the platform. Pricing is an initial setup fee plus a monthly fee, quoted after the free Systems Check — we do not publish list prices because every catalogue is different.
