Who we are. TEKNAS Solutions Pty Ltd trading as UnoCart (ABN 64 654 175 952), Melbourne, Australia, operates this website and the UnoCart platform brand. UnoCart is a registered business name of TEKNAS Solutions Pty Ltd. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.

Scope. This policy covers personal information collected through the UnoCart marketing website (including pages under unocart.com.au when live, and any staging preview of that site), the free Systems Check booking calendar embedded on this site, the cookie consent banner, and related follow-up by email or CRM. It does not cover client storefronts built on the UnoCart platform for other businesses, or third-party websites we link to.

What we collect. When you book a Systems Check or otherwise contact us through the booking flow, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number if given, business name, preferred meeting time, and any notes you share about your catalogue, suppliers, pricing or fulfilment. Our scheduling provider processes those booking fields so the appointment can be confirmed. We may also keep records of our conversations and any quote that follows.

Technical and usage data. When you visit this site we may receive standard server and security logs (for example IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, date and time). If you accept analytics cookies, measurement tools also collect usage data as described below.

Cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are used for the site to work (including remembering your cookie choice). Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you Reject, or until you choose, those tags stay off. You can clear site data in your browser to be asked again.

Analytics and advertising tools (after Accept). We may use: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand site traffic; Google Ads (including conversion measurement when you reach the Systems Check thank-you page after booking); Meta Pixel for site measurement and ads; LinkedIn Insight Tag; and Microsoft Clarity for session insights. These providers may set their own cookies and process data under their privacy policies. Tags are not loaded until you accept.

Why we collect it. We use personal information to: respond to enquiries; schedule and run the Systems Check; prepare quotes and proposals; follow up where you have asked us to; improve this website and our services; measure advertising effectiveness where you have consented to analytics; and meet legal, accounting or security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

How we share it. We share information only as needed to operate the site and respond to you: our booking/scheduling provider; CRM and email tools used to handle leads; website hosting and infrastructure providers; and analytics/advertising providers named above when you have accepted cookies. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property. We do not share your details with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Overseas storage. Some providers (including Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft) may process data outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries. By using this site and accepting analytics cookies, you acknowledge that those transfers may occur subject to the providers’ safeguards and applicable law.

How long we keep it. Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to complete the conversation, any project that follows, and ordinary business retention (including tax and dispute records). Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s settings and our account configuration. When information is no longer required we delete or de-identify it where practicable.

Security. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights. You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To make a privacy request, book a short Systems Check at /systems-check and note in the booking that it is a privacy request, or use any contact method we publish later. You can also Reject analytics cookies or clear them in your browser. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy complaint, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Children. This website is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 for marketing purposes.
